Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 49 of the Consumer Code we hereby inform you that the provider of the service for the sale of admission tickets to the events presented on the website www.artwonders.it as well as the owner of the e-ticketing platform is the company Mirabilia Art Wonders S.r.l.s. with registered office in Rome, Via dei Liburni 2, C.F./P.IVA 16906831009.
1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By making a purchase on the on-line ticketing system www.artwonders.it – section ‘Events’, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she accepts in full the general and payment conditions described below.
2. How to purchase tickets
Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The purchase of the ticket is completed with the making of the payment and the subsequent confirmation of the successful transaction.
Tickets are nominative and non-refundable; once the transaction is completed with payment, it is no longer possible to cancel the booking or obtain a refund. Tickets are transferable; to do so, the customer must notify mirabilia@artwonders.it in writing of the names of the new participants within 3 days of the date of the event. With regard to changes of date and time, these may be requested by the client and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Mirabilia Art Wonders Reservations Office.
Payment can be made exclusively by credit card or PayPal, following the instructions available on the site.
At no stage of the purchase procedure does the ticketing system or the back office staff become aware of the client’s credit card number; the sending and exchange of data takes place via a protected and encrypted internet connection according to the most advanced service management standards.
3. Confirmation of purchase
If the payment is successful, the system displays a purchase confirmation containing the transaction identification code and the user receives an e-mail confirming the purchase, indicating the type of tickets purchased and the price paid.
4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
We inform you that, as the Contract has as its object the supply of services related to leisure time that Mirabilia Art Wonders undertakes to provide on a specific date, pursuant to art. 59, I paragraph, letter N) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for by art. 52 of the Consumer Code does not apply. The Customer may therefore not exercise this right in relation to the purchase of Admission Tickets purchased on www.artwonders.it.
5. Refund
In the event of cancellation by the user or wrong purchase, there shall be no refund of the ticket price paid. There is also no refund for tickets that have been purchased but not used. The only case for which a refund of the ticket is provided is that specified in chapter 7.
6. Access to events
The Client is NOT required to show the purchase confirmation email at the entrance, as the names of all participants are included in special lists prepared by Mirabilia Art Wonders. To access the events, the Customer is simply required to be at the entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the event.
Not all events are accessible to persons with disabilities; the customer is required to verify the accessibility of the venues by reading the information contained in the individual event sheet and, if necessary, by writing to mirabilia@artwonders.it..
7. Cancellations
Events may exceptionally be cancelled up to the day before the event. In all such cases, Mirabilia Art Wonders informs the customer using the contact details provided by the customer (email, telephone number) and refunds the admission fee in full.
